I am 1 of 3 original founders of L'Gros Luxe. I am 27 and married to my soulmate, Myriam. I started working in restaurants in the west island Pointe-Claire, where I grew up, then moved downtown in 2006. I started working in bars and restos, then met and worked with Alex Bastide (L'Gros Luxe Partner). I left to open SUWU with friends. It all came full circle when I teamed up with Alex again to open L'Gros Luxe.
