He also took the time to answer my multiple questions, while completing his final report. Great experience. I wasnt sure what to expect but the appraiser answered all my questions in a professional manner. Appraisal was done and the results were exactly what I was hoping for.

I have used this company in the past and they really are unprofessional, and do not know much about the Winnipeg market or much of anything for that matter. They continuously make errors. If I had a choice I would never hire them. Stay away from this company.

I Had a bad experience with this company and would not reccomend them. I was unsatisfied with their level of professionalism and felt that their knowledge of the local market was poor.
