I asked Action to provide an estimate to place a new front doo. I chose the door glass and he took the measurements. He sent me an estimate which sounded good and I told him to go ahead. He arranges to return to confirm the measurements and all seems good I sign the work authorization and then I ask these questions Could I choose another door glass. What was the warranty on the door itself and what was the r factor on the door. He did not know the answers and then backed out and left.
