The manager, Nicole, was rude and deflected blame onto the hostess which I found irresponsible! Poor Management

It has been a while since I have eaten there. I thought Boston Pizza went downhill for the last 2 years. I decided to try it again on Saturday. I was thrilled to find you stepped up your game. The food was wonderful. We all had different dishes. I will come to your establishment more often.
