I like Vos! My first choice always!

They were very rough with cleaning up my nails, cut them extremely short and didn't even shape my natural nails before they did the acrylic so when they grew back they were uneven. I had to tell the lady working there to reshape a few nails. I asked for a marble design as well on my ring fingers but she didn't even try to make it look like marble, she just drew 3 squiggly lines on my nails with black polish and was done. The nails did however stay on a long time by the experience was painful:(

The worst customer service in Edmonton. First they did the awful job on mine and my moms nails and instead of apologizing or redoing our nails they were super rude to us. The owner has no manners how to talk to customers. Poor customer service and never recommended. They don't even deserve one star.

Vo's Nail at Riverbend is one of the best

I tried to shop around Nail Salon in Edmonton and area but I could not find out any one good before I came to Vo's Nail at Riverbend (my friend refered). The price is the best price in there and they have an exellent services but I know they got mistake sometime (every where get mistake).

Badly treated by the Manager - Rosa

I am a regular customer of VOs river bend square for pedicure and manicure since I moved to Riverbend area 2 years ago. A couple of months ago, they put me in the chair with broken foot bath. At that time, it was the only spot available, as the rest of the chairs were occupied, so I did not complain. Then, 4 months ago, they put me in the broken chair again. At that time there were other chairs available, but they gave me that broken chair. And they didn't even explain to me before they put me in ...that the chair was broken or did not apologize me. Then, for the 3rd time, yesterday, they put me in the chair with broken foot bath. This time was so obvious. I showed up at the time set up for appointment. The other lady walked in behind me. They gave the good one to that lady and gave me the broken one. On top of that, the Manager Rosa didn't do a good job on my pedicures. The flower design on the great toes were uneven, and the nails were cut uneven. This is the place with no respects to customers. Perhaps, they pay respects to Caucasians but not to orientals.
