I don't know about this lady's experience but my family and I travel very often with Indo Canadian but we never faced any problem and they never give a hard time to their clients. It must be this lady's fault maybe she didn't reserve her seat. just like any other Indian won't LOL!!! Showing up is not a solution, no one is having a dream that you want to travel you have to notify them and reserve it.

My experience with IndoCanadian was terrible. They told us there was a bus leaving at 12pm and I waited where they told me to for 3 hours. The bus never came and they never answered their phone when I called. I had to come back with Grey hound because these people clearly don't care about their customers. I don't recommend using this business. It's not understandable how they are still running their business. They're very unorganized.
