New Pizza Factory

As the saying goes, you can take a person from his village but you can’t take the village out of him. Typical 3rd world standard. No manners both customers and the business owners. No face mask for some customers in that cramped space and the owners didn’t respond. I was waiting in line but customers that spoke their language were served before me, not one not two not three but four people. Just for a moment I was transported to the third world!

Awesome place for pizza lovers...friendly staff and good customer service

We ordered tandoori chicken , and soya chunks veggie pizza. Fully loaded with appropriate veggies and chicken. Dough was so good. Never had this type of punjabi flavoure pizza before. Will return to try some other styles also. I will give them 10/10. ??? BEST PIZZA EVER.

Very bad experience staff no manners how to deal with a customer zero customer service been to counter girl from staff just come and stand in front of me and no hi or hello and I just order the food no reply from opposite side not going back again hope management arrange some customer service classes for staff

This place have best pizza. Especially Shahi paneer and Tandoori Chicken. They made the customize as you want.The pizza was made with fresh dough and vegetables. By adding ginger and cilantro on the pizza taste reminds me back home .

Bought a beef pizza abd waited for 20 mins and i was told to wait for 5 to 10 mins. Very slow.

Very poor service. Not satisfied what so ever. Slow service and staff is not helpful at all. Would not recommend to others.

Not very hygienic restaurant. By Canadian standards very poor, it gave me the runs and a sore throat...

This place is awesome! It had great friendly customer service and I love that it is just take out. The pizza and wings were absolutely amazing and the price was just right. Thank you New Pizza Factory !!! I'll see you soon.

Pizza amazing, wings amazing, pasta amazing, service amazing, and the prices can't be beat. Only problem was the wait, but even then it was because it was busy.
