Just a brief review of what it is we are advertising. The New Sarepta Manufactured Home Community is in the hamlet of New Sarepta which is on highway 21, 24 km. directly east of Leduc Ab. It consists of various sized manufactured homes where people own or rent the home that is located on a rental site within the community. We rent the sites which have underground utility services to the sites and maintain lawns in common areas and clear the roads of snow. The tenants maintain their own lawns.
