Spent the afternoon at Urban Roots enjoying the Urban Essential Package. The staff are very friendly and Alana was one of the best estheticians I have been to. What a relaxing way to spend an afternoon, I'll be back!
When confronted, Urban Roots owner professed her only message therapist is "qualified" but the deep tissue massage is far from deep! The message that I actually received was more like a gentle Swedish massage which left me with additional pain in having to pay too much $$ for no satisfaction!
