Vision North Eye Center

I had cataract surgery done on both eyes. From referral to finish it was 3 months. Everyone was amazing from the office staff, nurses and the DR. Could not have asked for better care and attention. thank you to everyone at vision north , mills memorial and fusion eye centre.

I've had excellent service from Vision North and Dr. Brucks and believe Terrace is very fortunate to have them! For cataract surgery, I live closest to Prince George but chose Terrace for a vastly shorter wait time for consultation and surgeries. Dr. Brucks turned out to be outstanding. I appreciated thorough testing before my consultation, because it means I can trust the results. Office is busy and upbeat, and staff respected my need to fit with bus schedules coming and going. Highly recommend

The wait time is near sadistic. I have never been seen in under an hour .5 and coming from out of town drivers/children are left waiting for far too long to be reasonable. They then referred me to a specialist and waited months to get in only to be told the appointment was made at the wrong specialist?. I am sick of being treated like cattle when a little care and attention can go so much farther. Just because this is our only option in the North doesnt meant we should just put up with it.
