    Doctor is nice, receptionist was very rude on the phone, just told me they were booked, repeated herself and hung up the phone on me.

    I just bought hearing aids for the first time from BC Hearing and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They explained my hearing loss in way that was concise and easy to understand and helped me decide on what hearing aid was best suited to my lifestyle.
