Lamoureux Architect Inc. (LAI) is a full service architecture firm located in West Vancouver, British Columbia. Led by Brad Lamoureux, AIBC, a practicing architect since 1987, the studio is dedicated to the design and creation of high-end, cutting-edge residential projects both locally and worldwide. From a very early stage, our Vancouver residential architects work closely with clients, consultants, and fabricators to ensure that the initial idea remains at the core of the design. Steep site conditions and challenging briefs in many of our past projects have given our Vancouver residential architects considerable experience in crafting design responses for specific program requirements, technical demands and cost criteria. Every project is subject to careful oversight that encompasses the early planning stages of a design to its final execution as a built work; from careful interior detailing to overall contextual analysis of a site, every part is considered integral to the whole.
