Worst insurance company I have ever seen. My boyfriend got into a car accident (not at fault) and we still have not managed to get any help or see anyone after over a week. He's taken time off work to wait for an adjuster to show up and they have promised to three times to come to see his car. They didn't call him to let him know they were not coming, and most of the time when he calls them they don't even pick up the phone. We even had trouble reaching someone one their "emergency" line and had to call four or five times that evening to even get someone. They told him to get a rental, but only after he reminded them of his loss of use coverage. I hope we'll have all these rental days covered while we continue to wait. Thank goodness he wasn't hurt in the accident. It has been really difficult because we don't know if his car is going to be written off or can be salvaged, and with how we're getting continuously no contact or service I fear the worst.
