CRANDALL The firm was originally formed in 1952 by the late W.H. Crandall, incorporated in 1961, and underwent a name change to Crandall Engineering Ltd. in 1988. Municipal engineering was the initial service of the company, and still accounts for a large part of its work, with engineering services now offered in many other disciplines including water and wastewater treatment, transportation, land development, building mechanical and electrical services.
