The Smallwood Crescent Community Centre is a non-profit organization that provides programs and services for the tenants of Newfoundland and Labrador Housing and the general public. These programs include social programs, educational programs, employment programs, recreational programs, health programs, todddler programs, and poverty reduction programs.
