Bought Whirlpool fridge(Jan),it stopped cooling. Whirlpool cust service did not repair fridge for over 2 months. Contacted Essex Appliance who spoke to Whirlpool on my behalf and followed up with me. They said I can pick out a new unit since Whirlpool not fixing fridge. Michelle was such a help checking the warehouse to see what fridges were in stock so we could get one delivered right away. She answered all my questions about differences in products and was such a delight to talk to.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable, took his time despite many people waiting, answered all our questions. Delivery for the dryer was the next day. When the men took it out of the box it had a dent in it. They told us right away and said they would take it back and let us know how soon they could bring a new one. Within the hour we received a call, a new one was brought the very next morning! Amazing service, above and beyond. Such a great team of people, who clearly care about the customer.
good floor display - quality products - but be very cautious - some surprises
I have never given a poor review on a business before today, but I absolutely cannot leave this unsaid. We have purchased many appliances from this company and moving forward, we will never give them our business again. The brand new fridge that we purchased was delivered full of scratches, and the fridge box was completely twisted. It would not level at all, and the freezer portion would rub when opening and closing. We also paid for them pick up our old fridge to dispose of as well, while

Have bought appliances in past from here with no problems which is why we returned. We purchased our first washer in November 2018 which after 3 service calls the best one was from Sam who was the most helpful we had our machine replaced due to “lemon machine “. Received new machine delivered and just that delivered, don’t expect them to do anything more than putting it in its place. Another service call made, to just alot of them talking Essex cares about the sale, and that is where care ends!
I have been dealing here for over 30 years and have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on appliances for my family and only to find out now “What a mistake” to think all these years we have been dealing with an honorable company to find out that is the farthest from the truth. We just recently replace our Washer and Dryer and Dishwasher and the washer has a major clutch fail just a week past the 90 days and they won’t replace the unit and also won’t fix an imbalance issue related.
From sales to delivery to installation the whole process was very positive. I did have a problem with the unit that I purchased and when I called the next day they had a technician there within an hour. Problem solved. Very nice.
We purchased a new fridge and were unhappy to find it had manufacture faults. Essex did everything they could to remedy our problems. They sent their repairman out to try and remedy this and he did find some faults and repaired them, but their were problems they could not fix. They provided a new fridge that same day and dealt with the manufacturer for us. This was the first purchase but their customer service was excellent and we will go back to purchase another appliance when the time come
We recently had an issue with our stove purchased at Essex Appliance. The service we received was excellent. They did everything they could to solve our issue as quickly as possible. We would recommend Essex Appliance over any box appliance store for customer service, low prices and hospitality.
