Purchased a car from Mark Wilsons awhile back and I've had nothing but problems ever since. The sales people do not answer their phones or return e-mails. It's the worst used car dealership I have ever dealt with. I would NEVER recommend anyone go to this car dealer because you'll just get ripped off. The car has needed over $500 in repairs in the past month. Certified and E-tested? I think not.. I spoke to another mechanic and he stated that the problems I am experiencing should not be happening. If I were you, I would stay clear of this joke of a dealership unless you want to be paying hundreds of dollars in repairs. That's with their "50/50" (they make a profit, go figure eh?).
Dear Yenooa
I am very sorry you are not happy with your vehicle you purchased from Mark Wilson's. We make every attempt to ensure that our vehicles are of the highest quality for the best price. We have been in business since 1961 and sell over 200 vehicles a month, and have been voted Guelph's Favourite Used Car Dealership 6 years running, this year receiving the highest honour - platinum. This translates into thousands of satisfied customers.
If we sent out vehicles with safety certificates that weren't actually safetied properly, we wouldn't still be in business.
Unfortunately, there are some unknowns when dealing with used vehicles (and even new ones). We do our best to follow up when people have problems after the purchase of their vehicle, but cannot satisfy every expectation of every customer.
Yours truly,
The General Manager
