Centre L'étoile filante (Garderie)

First time experience with daycare for my little one. I absolutely love how kind, caring and attentive the teachers/caregivers are to the kids. My daughter is always so happy to arrive and see everyone (even the Chef!). The daily updates/photos are always fun to receive. The parent portal makes it easy to get in contact with the teachers during the day if you have a question OR if they need to get in contact with you. I highly recommend :)

This child care centre is extremely poorly managed. The management is extremely hard to get a hold of, takes absolutely 0 accountability for anything and has no empathy whatsoever. Ironically, it's a non-profit organization that only thinks about money. After numerous incidents, we had to pull our son out.
