Got my oil change done here today and was very pleased with the outcome. The staff was very knowledgeable and energetic, took a total of 10 mins for the oil change which was impressive.
I have visited 2 different oil shops in the past, I was most pleased with Royal lube, the staff have a vast amount of knowledge that they take the time to explain to me, I felt satisfied with customer service and they had me in and out in only 12 minutes! Amazing, I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good service, while being well informed about possible other services due.
Went for my first emission testing which should be free but the guy said that according to their “system” that I need to pay. Good thing I printed my free emission testing eligibility on the Ontario website and showed it to him. He told me that maybe it was for my other car-well duh-the system scans the car’s VIN so why would it be for “my other car”. Clearly not an honest company.
Got serviced today for oil change and winter ture swap to summer.
Once asked, tech told me that he checked air pressure but he lied and said he put 35 to 38 psi. I didn't argue about it and drive back home and checked, it was less than 28 psi.
Went back to the shop and they checked, and blamed on gauage but in reality he never filled any air. I didn't see him checking the air pressure and that's why I asked. He just lied starlight on my face.
Do not trust this place as your safety is in jeop
The staff here does not know the concept of "first come first serve". I went to get winter tires installed, already on rims, and I was the only customer there. There were 2 staff working and one started on my car. Shortly after 2 other customers came in and they attended to them and ignored my car. 5 minutes later I spoke to them angry for them to continue with my car. 40 minutes later finally tires swapped. If you decide to use their services, make sure you're on top of them to not get ignored.
I was looking to get my emission test done search it on google and find this place royal lube Erin mills and battleford great service I actually figured they do oil change to so I kill 2 birds in one stone get all my services done for really cheap price do visit great place
This company when around the neighbourhood in the middle of the night putting flyers on everyone's windshield. In the spring there is dew. Everyone now has a the flyer stuck to their windshield.
Best part, no one answers the phone at the shop when you call it and their voicemail is not setup.
