We bought earnings for our daughter and we didn't like them and wanted to return, haven't even put them ON yet.
I called the store and was shocked to find out that, we cant return it due to some hygienic reason. Are you kidding me, 18k gold you just wipe it with alcohol and is clean, and we haven't even tried it. All the other stores return it with no questions asked. This store seems to have questionable return policies be aware.
