The Provincial Parking Enforcement Corporation manages parking lots on private property on behalf of lot owners, operators and managers. The terms and conditions which form the parking contract are posted on the property and the driver of the vehicle accepts this contract when they park on the lot. If you do not agree with the contract, do not park your vehicle on the property.Parking Violation / Payment Notices are used as a courtesy and an alternate to towing or other enforcement methods.
