Switches up appointment time on you without a care in the world. Doesn't pay attention to paitient charts. Have patients waste their time travelling all the way there, to be told they're unable to be seen. Miscommunications between the workings under this roof, resulted in me wasting time and money on cab fare, and loss of afternoon hours of work time and pay.
The people that work at Corcare are friendly and caring.
When I arrived for my appointment at the Scarborough Centenary location the people at the front desk were not friendly and were very laid back. I completed an echo and was asked to wait in the waiting area for the holter technician. I was the only patient in the clinic and had to wait for 45 minutes until I inquired why the wait was so long. It turns out they had forgotten about me, even though I was sitting right in front of them! When I finally saw the technician he was rude and unapologetic.
