Simple OIL Change gone BAD.... Worst Service

This is a neighbourhood garage where the quick oil change should be $ 25/= to $ 30/=. This is not a fancy dearlership or national garage chain. But read the story below... I knew this garage since I have been for several Emission tests. The Owner Son is a straight talk reasonable guy. So with this trust, i drove in for a quick oil change on January 2012. Owner dad was there and things started fishy from get go... My car is 1992 Honda Civic ... 20 years old car. a) I asked for a quick oil change. The first thing, the mechanic trying to open my HOT ENGINE - HOT RADIATOR CAP. I had to stop him saying, there is nothing wrong... Just do a oil change. b) All Japanese 4 cylinder basic engines for more than 20 years use only 3 litres of oil. These guys go on and pour 4 litres of oil. Over filled with oil. Not good for my engine piston rings and catilak convertor. Still doesnot know this basic even after more than 20 years of change???? c) The new oil filter should be hand tightened. But these guys have 'Tool Tightened' the oil filter. It is not good for my oil filter housing. What these are monkey college trained tech's???? d) I goto pay. For my shocking the owner DAD says 'we do honest professional service, we don't look for unnecessary repairs in cars. So we charge $ 40/= for oil change. I just paid and left never to return. But, why I decided to write this in March 2012 after putting 15,000 kms in my car is because 'Oil Filter is tool tighened and cannot be removed. Only oil changed and running on same oil filter.... I am a trade person too. So I can put up with all above except for this Oil Filter. Owner dad's statement of honest professional slogan does not match with fishy trying to open my Hot Radiator Cap story, oil over fill and filter tool tightening and $ 40 charge by a neighbourhood garage. Watch OUT Guys and ladies......
