Done all the mistakes you could possibly do
This company is not recommandable. They require 60% of the amount before they first do the first step on your roof. Postpone they arrival for months and finally start the work, take off your roof and then they stop working for 48 hours under pouring rain. We've been FLOODED and nobody was reachable at all.
