I had purchased a chipped diamond ring without knowing. Wanted to return within a week after the purchase as I noticed the spot in the ring, They gave me a bunch of excuses that I could not either return nor exchange it. On top of that, when I went to the store in person to ask for a return, they secretly asked the security to come by the store. I paid nearly $5,000 on a ring that I could have gotten it within $2,000 or none due to the chip in the ring. I got tired of arguing so I decided to keep the ring. They have lost me as a customer forever. I have since purchased more than 30,000 worth of jewellery and you can be sure that none of them is from this store. Make sure that you have done your research before making a committment to doing anything in that store.
