If I could give it less starts I would. Bought a bridal set with engagement ring and wedding band. Within one week the diamonds kept falling out. Had it replaced 5 times, every time it got more expensive. Ended up that I couldn't wear it as the diamonds kept falling out. I asked them to buy it back since I couldn't wear it and it was in repair for a total of 8 months out of the year. They offered me under $100 dollars for the set!! Shows you what they think of their jewelry!!
Je donnerais 0 si je pouvais, pire service à vie!!! Pouvez-vous croire que ca fait un mois que j’ai envoyer ma bague de fiancaille pour ajustement et je l’ai toujours pas reçu. Pendant ce temps, on me promet depuis 2 semaines que je la recois la semaine qui suit à chaques fois que j’appelle! Gros manque de communication avec leur bureau chef (atelier). Je déconseille fortement sans hésiter

Service is outrageous. We bought an engagement ring from them, ring has a defect. When we told them they said if was either our fault, couldn’t see it, the ring was made like that (one of the diamond is held on by a thread, we paid for fixing and are bringing it to get fixed again right away). Sales person are petty, if one of my employees acted the way we were treed she would be fired.

Les employés sont juste là pour faire de l'argent. Il ne se soucie pas de toi et de tes besoins.Ils sont même prêt à mentir juste pour faire une vente de plus.En plus,les prix sont trop élevé pour la valeur des bijoux. Finalement,aller dans n'importe quelle autre bijouterie au lieu de celle là.
If I could have give 0/5 I would have. The employees don't care about you at all, their only goal is to sell, sell, sell! They will sacrifice your satisfaction to their owns. They will lie to you just to make a sell. If it was not because I live 200km from the Laval store, I would stay in front of this store all day just to tell people not to enter it. There are so many other jewellers, please choose another one, you won't regret it!
