Très bon service et très belles robes
Sur internet leur adresse est sur Chabanel,quand tu te présentes ils sont fermés. J’appelle et ils me disent qu’ils se sont situé à st hubert. Le temps est précieux et j’ai perdu mon temps en me déplaçant, et ce même si j’en les avaient appelés avant de me déplacer. On vois clairement qu’ils se foutent bien de faire perdre temps et argent aux clients.
Service excellent! On se sent comme une véritable princesse!

Belle boutique, les robes sont belles, les prix sont bons. Nous avons de l, espace pour se regarder dans l'immense miroir et nous avons reçu un excellent service. Je le recommande. J'y ai acheté les robes de mes 2 filles pour leur bal.
Il y a de très belles robes à bon prix. Il y a beacoup de choix, pour tous les goûts. On est tout de suite prise en charge par des dames très sympathiques, merci à madame Yasmine pour son aide et ses conseilles. Je recommande fortement cette boutique!
Had a very positive experience here and found a dress I adore for a very reasonable price. The store is set up in a much more logical way compared with some other shops on the street so was easier to move around and have a good luck at the dresses. I found the staff to be helpful, particularly Jasmine who was professional, helpful and flexible. She went above and beyond in trying to accommodate my budget as well. I would recommend this store.
I went to Anais Designs in search of my dream wedding dress. I tried a few dresses, but I didn't find something I really fell in love with. The lady who served me got REALLY impatient, acused me of 'you like nothing, I can't help you' and told me "you're making me lose my time here". Also, while I was waiting downstairs for someone to accompany me to the second floor where the wedding dresses are, I saw some young girls trying on ball-room gowns, probably for their graduation party. They left without a purchase and the staff was talking behind their back that they are "stupid kids" and other things like that. I felt so disappointed by the service in this store that I will never ever go back!!
