I purchased new orthotics for my shoes. The old ones lasted for 17 years from Kintec, Surrey. I visited the store twice for readjustments. I have had very good experience with the staff in general and with the Orthotic Specialist. They are genuinely friendly, helpful honest, and sincere in their dealings.
