One of the most understanding and highly qualified doctors in Brantford.i read a post that had stated an emergency patient calling and got a rude reply from the staff. I have never dealt with or seen nor heard of a rude staff member. I may be wrong but in an emergency, one should always call the hospital or go to emergency. I hope that person is alright.
