We love Swiss Chalet, especially this location and have been going for years, it's the closest to homemade, it's fast service and the prices are great! I took my son to Swiss Chalet two weeks ago for a chicken dinner (1/4 with fries). Consistently good. The waitress was attentive, and knew how to keep the baby at the table next door happy (crackers, crayons, drinks... STAT!). When my wife and I went out for dinner the next week, where did my son go? I know there were issues with this place but over the last month management seem to have made a real effort to get things sorted out with a new bar person and new staff and a manager that now walks the floor to make sure everything is running smoothly.
Today we were served by Erika (2nd day on the job). She took the order and we were delivered exactly as requested - food piping hot, extra sauces the full works. Service was amazing - our glasses were never empty.
Food as always is great - hot, fresh and served to order! Definately worth a try if you havent been before

Not a bad place to get some wings and beer.
We have been there a couple of times and have left happy both times.
The place was very busy as there was a Leaf game on and we were seated right away and served right away.
Remember, you are going to a sports bar and the food is good for a sports bar.
We had wings and the club house sandwich with fries and a couple of pitchers of Bud. Overall, pretty good!

We took our two daughters to the Keg this evening and the food was very good. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, the sides were all warm and everything was very flavourful. The kids menu, colouring items and special details (fruit/veg right away) made it a great family location. Our only issue was the service. We spent a lot of time waiting for the server to come check on us and the kids started getting whiny.
