My experience at Provincial Sleep Group was excellent! The sleep clinician explained everything in detail and was very meticulous about giving me the correct size mask and really fine tuning the strap adjustments. The staff are very courteous, polite, knowledgeable and detailed. They also provide follow up with an annual call to make sure everything is up to par.

On Saturday, Sep 1st, 2018 at 2 am, the power pack for my CPAP machine died. Luckily, I was able to contact the (unbeknownst to me) the GM for the PSG, and he put the manager for the Moose Jaw office in contact with me and Sunday morning, I got a new power pack. Its the long weekend andtehry wouldnt be open til Tuesday. They went out of their way to help me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
