I found some Maui Jim sunglasses on the internet, then asked The Eye Shoppe if they could order them. The service rep said they would with no obligation to purchase. I loved the one pair and they ordered my progressive prescription sunglasses. They arrived within one week and are lovely. With a few minor adjustments they fit beautifully. Horrible customer service . I bought a glasses for my child , they confirmed the delivery in 3 days - no news for a couple of days later - after calling couple of times , the lady was so rude and she just said they are busy and cut the phone while we were still asking her questions !
