We were driving from Toronto to Ottawa with with two kids and making stops every few hours (Madoc is two hours outside of Ottawa). We hit the ice cream place next door on the way to Ottawa. On the way back we stopped for lunch. Great fried chicken and club house sandwich. Great price.

This is the nicest Swiss Chalet I've been to. Clean restaurant, friendly staff .... they actually look like they enjoy working here, and our dinner was exceptional, as it always seems to be at Swiss Chalet. Where else can you get healthy home-style food at these prices? Kudos to the management and staff at Swiss Chalet Huntsville. Good job. We always HAVE to get our weekly fix of Swiss Chalet!

Friendly owners, great food, awesome store, amazing place! Clean, homey dining room, freshly baked goods, and a warm welcoming atmosphere. Don’t be surprised if the owner takes out his guitar and plays a tune or two! I am told that there is even live music jams here a couple times per week. Stopped in on Canada Day after the raining parade. 3 kids in tow. We had heard they had great pizza so decided to stop. My kids have only eated chain pizza once or twice in their lives and it's greasy cardboard so we don't even bother. This was a marvelous find! Hands down best pizza I've ever had... next to this place in Lewiston NY 10 years ago LOL Seriously, the Thin crust, and homemade sauce is something else! Do get extra pineapple ;-) it was all amazing and we told them so LOL

My husband , myself and my mother inlaw were on our way from New Brunswick to Ontario. During a snow storm ( March 4th 2023) the owner G was amazing! The breakfast was the best I've ever had. The coffee is so so good! The customer service and hospitality we received here will be something we all talk and rave about forever! Even the customers were delightful! We left full and happy! Even got some homemade banana bread for the ride with a top up to our coffee.
