Mango-berry shake
Soy milk has high-quality plant protein and beta-sistosterol, which is thought to relieve symptoms of prostate enlargement.

Ingredients
- 1 large mango, peeled, pitted and cut into wedges
- 500 g (2 c) cantaloupe chunks
- 350 g (12 oz) frozen unsweetened raspberries
- 350 g (1 1/2 c) soy milk
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh lime juice
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) honey
- 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
- 5 ml (1 tsp) ground ginger
Easy steps
- Working in two batches, combine the mango, cantaloupe, raspberries, soy milk, lime juice, honey, vanilla and ginger in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
