    I'm not sure abou...

    I'm not sure about the other brick stores but the airdrie one does not have good customer service we bought a mattress that was defective and even though we only had it for two days they told us we had to bring it in to get checked. They gave us a new one but it has only been three years ago since we got it the mattress is shot even though they told us it had a ten year warranty across the counter not happy at all

    poor customer service

    I bought a I Pod dock from the brick on dec 7 for a x-mas gift for my daughter after she used it for a couple of weeks the one speaker quit working so i tried to return it and was met with a arrogant manager that told me that i had 7 days to return it after i told him it was a x-mas gift his response was it's not on the receipt so there was nothing he could do. So he suggested that I call the company and deal with it your self it;s only been used for 2 weeks. Company's that love to take your money but won't stand behind what they sell people should not shop there That will be the last thing I ever buy from the brick.
