After submitting my first review which was not great, I had a very frank discussion with Shawn Stack, who not once discounted my feelings. This discussion had reinstated my confidence in continuing our business relationship with them. Shawn was very honest and sincere in helping us through our catastrophic financial disaster. Unfortunately the proposal did not work for us, which resulted in our filing for bankruptcy. I wouldn't want anyone else looking after our affairs in this high stress time
It's been a very tough 3 years for me.I ran away from an abusive relationship with the few things I could fit in my small car.Rebuilding my life has been a slow and expensive journey.The credit card debt finally caught up with me and I couldn't afford to pay even the minimum payment.I am so thankful that I finally talked to Nicole & Shawn.They are angels the nicest people ever.I wish I would have contacted them sooner.What a great way to start the new year.I'm going to make it. This is long overdue but we had a meeting with Shawn at their south office and it was an excellent meeting with him. He made us feel comfortable and made us understand our options. Many people think that dealing with a trustee will be a really frightening and horrible experience, but it doesn’t have to be that way. Reviewing your financial situation, discussing options and (most importantly) making and implementing a plan for a debt free future with Bromwich and Smith is a great experience. It’s all about celebrating positive changes for the future, not focusing on the past mistakes that you can’t do anything about.
