Dr Billy R. Wong

I am a health care worker & Dr wong ignored my concerns that I may have auto immune disorder or hormonal disorders. I have had severe symptoms linked to my menses that most likely have an underlying illness and he did ZERO assessment or lab testing. Instead he gave me birth control even though the last time I took it I was suicidal. I am am now suicidal and still without knowing why I have such severe symptoms. He was neglectful in assessment, unethical in practice and reckless in prescription.

Waited almost 3 months for a referral appointment. Travelled 1 hour into the city with husband and 2 small children in morning for 1:45 appt, were initially told Dr. Wong had an emergency and would be 1 hour late. When we arrived at 2:30pm receptionist said Dr Wong was back and would see us momentarily. We sat in the waiting room until 4:30pm before we finally gave up on our appt. as we had to get back home for evening appt.

I have trying to connect with an actual person for 2 hours now. Your voicemail says your open but you have no receptionist answering calls, oh, and your operator doesnt accept messages. Its frustrating! I am sure their are many people looking for a job. SO PEOPLE grab your resumes and head in to the office. HE NEEDS SOMEONE AT THE FRONT DESK obviously!

Dr. Wong has been my trusted doctor for 13 yrs. Every year i travel 5.5 hours to see a doctor that truly cares about his work .

Don't recommend him

Dr. Wong is a terrible doctor. He is perfect when you don't experience any issues during your pregnancy and birth. However, when there is a problem, he and his staff always tries to push things around. He made mistakes and made wrong judgement for my baby, which caused my almost lose the baby. He never admit that his mistake and always tries to cover himself without further explanation. He seems very busy always and has no time to explain the options that I have.
