We have just purchased our fourth Ford Escape from Big M. The approach to finalizing a sale has been consistent --always up front in the terms of the deal, reasonable time to test drive and thorough attention in closing the deal. Time will tell how this 2018 performs. The first three were excellent performers. We are satisfied thus far. Any car issues were always addressed. We will find out about this 2018.
