Coquitlam Express Autobody Ltd

I took my car in on an ICBC claim to have it accessed for hidden damage after being rear-ended(no damage on back bumper). They did not communicate with me and did not return my calls. On the 3rd day I talked to Mike who said a new bumper was ordered. When I asked why (it was not needed) he was rude! Just because ICBC is paying for it doesn't mean a useless repair is warranted. He was annoyed that I didn't want the work done & told me to "get the rental back asap" before hanging up on me! AVOID!

Top notch experience! Recently was involved in a fender bender and needed to employ a shop for private non ICBC repairs. Mike and the folks at Coquitlam Express Autobody did everything in their power to put my mind at ease, and made an otherwise extremely stressful situation as pain free as possible. Mike was willing to meet me across town to go over the damage and discuss options, and really went the extra mile. The end result looks amazing and I couldn't be happier. Can recommend 100%.

My car was hit by...

My car was hit by a large truck and the front end was smooshed. Mike got back to me right away and was concerned that the radiator would be leaking. I had a loaner car waiting for me when I got there. The service was excellent and my car looks awesome! Mike was extremely kind and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for great service and and a job well done. Great work, Mike; it's been a pleasure doing business with you!

I have never been so impressed with service in my life like I received from Mike and his staff at Coquitlam Express Auto Body. They took the time to explain the process to me and make sure I was kept up to date with my vehicles repairs. The service was absolutely top notch from beginning to end and they made a very difficult time much easier for me and my family. I highly recommend Coquitlam Express Autobody. The owner, Mike Khan went above and beyond what I expected. He came to his shop on his day off and helped me deal with a collision I had been involved in. This autobody shop does excellent work and provides superb customer service.
