I took my car in on an ICBC claim to have it accessed for hidden damage after being rear-ended(no damage on back bumper). They did not communicate with me and did not return my calls. On the 3rd day I talked to Mike who said a new bumper was ordered. When I asked why (it was not needed) he was rude! Just because ICBC is paying for it doesn't mean a useless repair is warranted. He was annoyed that I didn't want the work done & told me to "get the rental back asap" before hanging up on me! AVOID!
