Unfortunately the above comment is nothing but slander for Goodfellas business as the individual Richard Luxton a member of the Eden Bank courtyard strata withheld payment from Goodfellas for nearly three months, breaching the contract between the two parties. Therefore Good fellas has no choice to terminate the said contract leaving Richard with perturbed feelings.
We trusted owner to do a series of condominium painting requirements and although initial painting was satisfactory as project became longer owner distanced himself and voided the project itself and the promised needed warranty work. A difficult individual to work with and rely upon.
