We called for a cab at 5pm on a Thursday... 1 hr and no one came, I called and they said they’re 5 minutes away... NOW ITS BEEN 2 HRS!! How is that even possible? Worst experience ever and you’ve lost a Starbucks branch from ever calling you again.
I booked a taxi for 9:45am this morning, got a call of arrival at 9:42, went out at 9:45 and my taxi was gone. Then proceeded to stay on hold with your company for 5 minutes before deciding to call another company.
Overall very unimpressed.
It's monday and we needed a cab and we booked an hour and a half before the cab showed up. We phoned three times (no response). By that time, we had already (due to lack communication) organized another mode of transport. When they phoned us, they would not listen to what we had to say. Don't take this cab company!
dealing with northshore taxi from 15 yrs, never had any complaint, they come to rescue when downtown cabs refuse to pick north van people on weekends, I simply have account and call them,
