Adam and Noah are outstanding in customer service and auto mechanic knowledge. Been a customer for over 17 years when Scottie was the owner. Adam and Noah are following suit.
Btw, one review here shows only two stars, yet he gave them a glowing review. Obviously an error. Anyway, I have been going to Stanford Auto for 25 years, on first visit on arriving in Parksville, I thanked God for Scottie who was gracious and kind and helped me at a very low point in my life. Wishing him a long and happy retirement. Adam and Noah have also always been amazing and continue to be. As a woman, it means everything to find that kind of trust.
I have been a customer since we moved here in 2010. I have never been more impressed with a group of guys than those at Stanford. I have had numerous repairs to different vehicles and all were done professionally and on budget. In some cases Adam or Noah have gone the extra mile and sourced less expensive alternatives for the repairs. As a retired person on a budget that extra effort is very much appreciated!
