I have so many wonderful thoughts for the team at ...ILKB-Van and for the awesome workout they give me when I go in; but I can't put it into exact words. The team at ILKB-Van is a family, they encourage you and help you work to your goals. I've been to a number of other places for a workout and none have made me feel as welcomed.
