listens, believes you, hence a real life saver....after years of not having a diagnosis...finally...thank you is all I can say.

I have had 1 Tele-health call...no real answers and no follow up. His number doesnt allow for msg. And no one ever answers. Frustrated..starting over again I guess.

Terrible experience. I was left a message saying I needed to call back to get instructions on the new teleconference appointment I would be having due to COVID.I called back over the next week and half AT LEAST ten times and left two messages. No one ever answered the phone. The Friday before my Wed appointment I was left a message stating if I didnt call back my appoint was cancelled. I was out of cell service up island that Friday, and she cancelled my appoint after 5 months of waiting. Brutal

Ive seen many rheumatologists both in Victoria and Vancouver. He is BY FAR the best doctor I ever had. Empathetic, smart, friendly and good sense of humor. Would give him a million stars if I could. Im truly grateful for his help. He saved my life on more than one occasion. Kelly B

Excellent doctor. Is efficient but has time to listen to any questions you might have. And does not keep you on medication unnecessarily.
