Where do I begin? With my unfortunate eyebrows or the terrible customer service? I got my eyebrows microbladed by Kristie at Enhance Studio whom I initially enjoyed. I wanted a darker brown but she pushed me towards a taupe colour saying that in her experience it would be dark enough and exactly what I wanted.
