Always get 1st rate service, as I have from the previous Ford Outlet (Taylors).

Very slow service, 4 hours to put on 4 tires. Not impressed.

Tabatha in the service department will give you the best service you’ve ever had.

Recently had my tires changed and 8000 mile check up on my 2017 Ford Fusion at Steele Ford Lincoln. Service was Excellent. Polite and Efficient. Myself and my car were treated with respect....very happy !!!

Bought a new Mustang. Absolute lemon, and Ford corporate ties the hands of the dealership to assist. Never again. Was going to buy a new 5.0 soonish but will now buy a Challenger instead. Ford seems penny wise, pound foolish to this former customer.
