Once we figured out what we wanted and what was allowed on our lot - both of which Mercers were very knowledgeable - they helped us make the best decisions for us. We found Jeremy was hands on and made sure we were happy every step of the way. The trades were fantastic and were on time to start and there was no down time! It all happened very fast within a couple days and we had our garage! Amazing! Thanks again! We can see quite a few garage parties happening in the future! Great experience!
All started 4 years ago when we fell in love with the 2 Storey Model Home on their lot. Kind of ironic today as we now have the "actual" home we dreamed about sitting on our lot in beautiful Lake Echo, NS all thanks to Mercer's. The process then began with DJ Excavation clearing our lot and at the same time Mercer's crews were dismantling the Model home on Main Street (as most of you witnessed) to prepare the big move. This was a huge undertaking and we had every confidence in them to pull it off and have us in for Christmas as promised. So from the carpenters, drywallers, foundation guys, garage guys, well/septic guys, painters, electricians, plumbers, etc and yes even the owner got down on his hands and knees literally worked days, nights and weekends to do what they needed to do and had us in our beautiful home on Dec 21/12. Through the 2 month process whether it was ups or downs Mercer's would always make sure they went "Above & Beyond" to make us happy without a blink. The owner was always keeping us in the loop and had us involved in decision making no matter how big or small to make sure we approved. The quality and craftmanship of his team are top-notch and they have the professionalism and people skills to back it up. We can honestly say that from Day 1 meeting to the Final handing over of the keys we have never regretted our decision to chose Mercer's Best Built Structures! Finally, from the bottoms of our hearts we "Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Mercer's Team for making the Dominix house a home!
