Merchant is unprofessional, unreliable and almost all work completed needed to be repaired in under 1-year.
Partially done now but only after months and months of chasing and numerous no shows and excuses. Ultimately still don't have what we paid for and no idea if and when we will get our pool operational any time soon due to issues with new liner purchased 1 year ago that was poorly installed
We were in need of a new liner for about the last two seasons and I've been putting it off because all the quotes from other dealers were so high. A new pool place opened up right down the street from me so I went in to see what the liner would cost me. The owner Ryan took the business over from his father and was very knowledgeable and provided me a quote on the spot. The cost including installation was less than another dealers cost on the liner alone. Booked the job on the spot. Within a week I had a perfectly fitted brand new liner that looks like a million bucks. Great work and great prices. poolbuster customer for life.
