Terrible! What a waste of $400. Yesterdays snow fall (Feb 16) was huge! It started snowing in the morning..but WF only cleared my driveway at 7:30PM! Where were you all day? And even that clearing was garbage. Then I woke in the morning to find the city had piled the road snow at the end of the driveway..and NO WORRY-FREE! I had to shovel a path to get my car out to go to work. I called at 6:45 and the guy said "I'll see what I can do". It's 10:00am and still no service. Still no one at noon!
I just called them because no one has been at my home since 9AM. I have a 92 year old mother I am taking care of and the laneway must be cleaned. They weren't rude necessarily but didn't make me feel like anything would be done. I would need a dis count to renew with them next year
The service is adequate. Snow is removed during snowfall events and the
ploughs seem to follow city ploughs as their MO. The people on the phone/home office are the most unpleasant, disgruntled, customer unfriendly people that you will ever meet. They speak to their clients as though we are a nuisance. If the snow removal business was not so necessary this company would not survive on account of terrible customer relations.
