Prior to moving to Oakville a year ago, my wife and I would drive to Kori's from Toronto on almost a bi-weekly basis during the summer. Her food is as good as anything you can get in Trinidad. The service is great - just very Trini (which might not be to everyone's taste). Reminds me of visiting the food kiosks by Store Bay in Tobago - only Kori's food is better.

Little hole in wall. Unbelievably good compared to any of the many alternatives in the GTA. Perfectly tender goat and conch, potato and chick pea wonderfully aromatic and perfectly cooked. Staff very friendly and efficient, especially Kori. Offer a mini which can really be enough when you're not starving but just want a moderate portion of amazing flavour and texture. Suicidally hot if you dare, but my gang likes it mild to medium to enjoy the complex flavours. Quick enough service, sometimes a 5 to 10 min wait if crowded. Got their phone no. programmed on my cell phone so that I can order in advance so it's ready when I get there. Wish Kori could clone herself and have another locale near my office.

Kori is so nice most of the time when she's there. the food is great and they always serve you as fast as they can. they even let you know when they have to make fresh roti so you know your getting the good stuff. best caribbean restuarant in oakville.

The roti there are the best in Oakville. I go there to pick up lunches all the time. It's very crowded there at lunch. Call ahead to place an order if you can.

Service was very friendly, the place was packed - standing room only. The wait was about 10 mins but the food was cooked right then as I waited - unbelievable. The food was excellent.
